Assistant Manager - Sales

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager to lead sales and project execution for the TISCON brand in Hazaribagh and Jamshedpur locations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building construction and proven experience in institutional sales to drive business growth in the region.

Sales & Business Development -
Ø Drive institutional sales for TISCON TMT bars in construction projects, builders, contractors, architects, and government projects

Ø Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders: developers, EPC contractors, consultants, and government bodies

Ø Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets for Hazaribagh / Jamshedpur territories.

Project Management

Ø Coordinate with construction sites for product specifications, supply, and technical support

Ø Ensure timely order fulfillment and smooth logistics with dealers and distributors

Ø Monitor ongoing building construction projects and identify new opportunities



· Market & Relationship Management

Ø Conduct site visits, technical presentations, and product training for engineers and contractors

Ø Track competitor activity and market trends in the construction sector

Ø Build strong channel partner network in both locations



· Reporting & Coordination

Ø Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and MIS for management

Ø Work closely with marketing, supply chain, and technical teams

Ø Ensure compliance with company policies and brand guidelines



· Required Qualifications & SkillsEducation:



B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering preferred. Diploma holders with relevant experience may also apply



Experience: Minimum 5+ years in building construction industry Must Have: Proven experience in institutional sales of construction materials, steel, cement, or related products Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills Good understanding of construction processes and project cycles Ability to handle multiple projects and stakeholders Willingness to travel across Hazaribagh and Jamshedpur Proficient in MS Office.
