Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

Systemic Treatment Methods: Administering targeted treatments (like monoclonal antibodies) and carrying out hematopoietic stem cell transplants.Specialist Training: Offering National Medical Commission (NMC) accredited 3-year residency programs for doctors who already hold post-graduate degrees like MD or DNB

Support & Palliative Care: Managing treatment complications and ensuring a strong focus on both preventive oncology and end-of-life palliative care.Clinical Research: Advancing cancer care methodologies through both industry-sponsored and investigator-initiated clinical trials.

Telecaller

Outbound & Inbound Calling : Initiate calls to prospective leads to introduce products/services and respond to incoming customer Queries. Ask relevant questions to understand client needs and persuasively explain product features and benefits.

Data Management: Accurately update and maintain detailed customer logs and contact details in the company's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Follow-ups & Closures: Conduct regular follow-up calls to nurture prospects, process orders, or pass high-potential leads to the sales team. Query Resolution: Address client grievances, answer questions, and assist in providing appropriate solutions to ensure customer satisfaction. Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly quotas for call volume, sales, or lead generations.
